MEMO account restores from backup are extremely time consuming and labor intensive efforts.Therefore account restoration is not offered as a MEMO service except under the following conditions:
An official request is being made by the appropriate persons (college president or VC) to open an investigation regarding employee conduct or correspondence.
To respond to an official subpoena
To respond to an official request for information under open records law
Upon written approval or request by a college president or VC
